I’m a proud member of the Tails of the World Collective, a group of pet photographers from all over the world who have so far raised over $250,000 for animal rescues through fundraising book projects. I am currently working on my third solo book, featuring dogs from Greater Moncton and surrounding areas, and I have also contributed to three of the Tails of the World collaboration books. So far, my book projects have raised over $6000 for local rescues.

  • The front cover of the Tails of the Tides book, featuring a corgi mix and a Swedish Vallhund posing in front of fishing boats at high tide in Alma, NB.

    Tails of the Tides

Join me on a captivating journey with some of New Brunswick’s most beloved canine companions, along the breathtaking Bay of Fundy Coastline.

Soulful dog portraits take center stage against the backdrop of the world's most dramatic tidal shifts from St. Martins to Dorchester Cape.

This stunning hardcover 11 x 8.5" book contains 118 full-colour pages with over 145 photos of 48 dogs.

Tails of the Tides is a fundraising project in the Tails of the World series, and has already raised $1650 to support ElderDog Canada in their efforts to make a difference in the lives of older people and older dogs.

  • The cover of the Tails of the Chocolate River book, featuring a Chesapeake Bay Retrievers splashing joyfully through the water at the edge of the Petitcodiac River.

    Tails of the Chocolate River

Tails of the Chocolate River is a gorgeous hardcover coffee table book, featuring pets in scenic locations along the Petitcodiac River, Chignecto Bay, and surrounding areas. It has been my absolute joy and privilege to meet and photograph so many wonderful pets, and to help their people share their stories with the world.

The book contains 174 full-colour pages, and includes 230+ photos, featuring over 90 pets (give or take a few chickens)! Photographed, written and designed by Tracy Munson.

This book project has raised over $2500 for the Greater Moncton SPCA (now PAWS)!

  • The Tails of the World 2025 Edition, showing one copy of the hardcover book standing upright, and 4 books stacked next to it.

Tails of the World 2025: Final Edition

The fourth and FINAL edition of the Tails of the World book series is a stunning 7x10”, 380-page book, available in hardcover/softcover and printed on 70lb matte paper.

The book has raised over US$60,000 ($1400 for PAW/SBA) for animal shelters and rescues around the world. Featuring 675 pets, including 10 from the Greater Moncton Area! 62 photographers (including moi!) from 14 countries contributed to make this book a success!

Over US$250,000 has been raised in total from the four books in the series.

  • The Tails of the World 2024 book

    Tails of the World 2024

Tails of the World(TM) is an international collective of professional pet photographers, united in our mission to make a difference for animals in need.

Each year we raise thousands for animal charities by photographing local dogs for our annual Tails of the World book. 2024 was our biggest year yet, raising over $75k ($1000 for ElderDog Canada), with 855 dogs (including 10 from the Greater Moncton Area!), 80 photographers and 16 countries.

This is a celebration of dog. The adventurous dogs. The cuddly dogs. The goofy dogs. The old dogs. The shy dogs. The head-tilting, tail-wagging, tongue-lolling dogs.

    We love them all.
