I have two high energy, hunting dogs that I dreamed of having photos taken 'in their element', but thought no one had a shutter speed fast enough to catch them! ha! Turns out, Tracy comes well equipped to handle busy, playful, distracted dogs- she had duck calls, treats, a handler (so I didn't have to try and do it), and certainly the camera! She showed me a couple of shots just in camera and I was blown away!... Made it a bit difficult to patiently wait to see all the proofs though. :) So many times we take photos of our pets for granted. I had photos done when my previous dog, Gracie, got sick. I thought of them as a memorial. I didn't want to wait for such sad news before getting photos of Gauge and Georgia. Whatever your intention or need is for photos of your pet, Tracy can capture it- not just the picture, but the sentiment and the personalities of your pet(s)! Photos are important! I found Tracy by browsing Facebook and saw a beautiful picture of a Bernese Mountain dog playing in the snow. Well, I have a dog that LOVES the snow, and I wanted that memory captured. We had our session in March. Tracy and her partner were very patient with my dogs, and there was no pressure on any of us. It made the session fun and at ease. My little pitbull needed breaks from the cold, and Tracy was very sympathetic with her. Meanwhile, they kept the session going with my Saint Bernard. Deciding which pictures I wanted finished was VERY difficult. She captured so many cute, funny and beautiful pictures. I wasn't sure how the photoshoot was going to go or what kind of shots Tracy would be able to get since my dog can be very excitable and all over the place, but I couldn't be happier about how it went! We shot at a beautiful location - Point Wolfe Beach in Fundy National Park. Tracy is very professional and does what she needs to do to get the best and most creative shots. Tracy did such a great job with our photos. She came to our house to take the pictures, which was perfect since one of our dogs can be timid/reactive in new spaces. I was concerned that we wouldn’t get as many good pictures of that same dog since she doesn’t always cooperate, but when Tracy says she only needs a split second to capture a great picture, she isn’t kidding! I think I loved just about every picture, and the struggle was real narrowing down the options! I highly recommend her for your pet photos, and don’t wait- do it now - you won’t regret it!
